  • All online bookings and offline bookings that have been invoiced & Confirmed by email are seen as FIRM commitments.
  • Payments online via Payfast or EFT are due upon booking.
  • A refund of 50% will apply for cancellations received in writing 48 Hours before the start of the Seminar.
  • No refund applies to late cancellations
  • If the Seminar has to be cancelled due to a lack of interest, 100% of the fees will be refunded if the delegates do not opt to move to the next date
